Little Star Rewards is a voluntary loyalty program offered by the Stockbridge-Munsee Community d.b.a. the Little Star Convenience Store. By participating in Little Star Rewards, you are accepting this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.   • In order to improve ease of use for our participants, Little Star Rewards is available through our main website at www.littlestarcs.com (“Site”) and through a mobile application (“App”). Participants can use either a physical or a virtual card.
  • This approach means we collect identifying information that you submit like your name, address, email address, birthdate, and telephone number. We also collect information about your purchases, such as transaction data and purchase history, as well as about your use of our Site and App. 
  • We use the information collected to operate the Little Star Rewards program. We also use your information to address and answer customer inquiries or issues brought to our attention.
  • If you use the App, we may use geolocation data as part of directing you to our facility. Such information is not intended to track your location or movements.
    • When you signed up for Little Star Rewards, you consented to receiving email and/or text messages about our program. We use your information to provide you with information about your rewards, account status, marketing, or other communications related to Little Star Rewards. You may request to opt-out of text messaging and/or to opt-out of participation in Little Star Rewards at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
  • By signing up for Little Star Rewards, you also agreed that your information could be shared internally by the Stockbridge-Munsee Community and its enterprises, including but not limited to the Little Star Convenience Store and the Mohican North Star Gaming and Resort for operational and marketing purposes. We may use outside parties to assist with our marketing and promotional efforts, but, we do not intend to sell or share your information with third-parties parties.
  • When possible, we will use non-identified data and aggregate information for quality assurance activities for Little Star Rewards and work to improve the functionality of our Site and App. However, the use of some identified data may be necessary for these activities.
  • If there is suspected fraud, abuse, or other suspicious activity associated with your account, we reserve the right to share your information with law enforcement or take any necessary legal action.
  • We reserve the right to use cookies in relation to our Site and/or App. Cookies allow us to better manage and deliver services to participants since they allow us to remember you and your preferences on future visits by storing certain information on your device. You understand that performance of our Site and App may be impacted if you elect to disable cookies functions on your devices.
  • We will use appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure your information, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure information is used consistently with this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions for Little Star Rewards. We limit access to information about you to authorized employees and agents who need access to provide services to you. 
  • Unfortunately, no safeguards can absolutely ensure the protection of electronic information. While we will use appropriate safeguards, we also recognize that data security incidents can still occur. We will use best practices to address any data security incidents.

  • In In order to help protect the privacy of children and prevent messaging with minors, we do not allow children to participate in Little Star Rewards.
  • We do not knowingly collect any personal information from a child and, if we becomes aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of 13, we will delete such information from its records.

Requests to Delete Personal Information Held for Little Star Rewards

  • You understand that the deletion of such information may limit the Little Star Reward program features available to you or end participation in the program.
  • You understand that any request to delete information will not invalidate any use or data sharing that occurred prior to the implementation of that request.
